  • Align product with Indian labeling, packaging, and compliance standards

  • Navigate clinical validation expectations where applicable

  • Manage interactions with authorized agents and regulatory bodies

  • Prepare for post-market compliance and audit readiness

Commercialization & Distribution Scale-Up

From first sale to national scale

  • Develop distribution network across key metros and Tier 1/2 cities

  • Establish hospital, clinic, and diagnostic partnerships

  • Support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain setup

  • Enable after-sales support, training, and service infrastructure

  • Drive channel performance tracking and optimization
