Supply Chain Due Diligence for a Strategic Medtech Acquisition

Led supply chain and operations due diligence for a strategic medtech acquisition, assessing manufacturing scalability, supplier dependencies, and operational risks across a global footprint.

Identified key risk areas including single-source components, sterilization capacity constraints, and quality system maturity. Conducted site-level assessments to validate process capability, equipment readiness, and integration feasibility.

Delivered actionable insights to support investment decisions and post-acquisition integration planning.

Building a world-class medtech supply chain

Designed the operating model for a new engineering and supply chain hub, including supplier onboarding, quality systems, and governance frameworks aligned with global medtech standards.

Established supplier qualification processes, audit frameworks, and IP protection mechanisms while transitioning work from outsourced partners to an internal team over a two-year roadmap. Built the foundation to support sustained engineering scale-up and long-term cost efficiency, with improved supplier reliability and tighter control over quality and timelines.

PM support for a Medtech divestiture

Led program execution for the separation of multiple product lines, coordinating across supply chain, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams. Defined the transition roadmap, including supplier realignment, inventory strategy, and manufacturing transfer sequencing.

Managed risks associated with regulatory filings, supplier continuity, and customer commitments, ensuring zero disruption to supply during the transition period. Delivered the separation on schedule, enabling clean operational independence and value realization for the business.
